You can order your address sign in a number of ways;

• You can fill the form above and submit your request digitally.
• You can call our district office at (360) 675-1131 and request your sign.
• You can also request your address sign in person by coming by the district office at 770 NE Midway Blvd, Oak Harbor, WA 98277

We accept all forms of payment!

The signs are $20 each. You may pay in person (Cash, Check or Visa), or you may pay upon delivery if you opt for Firefighter Installation. If you choose to pay upon delivery, it must be cash or check only.  

Checks are to be made payable to North Whidbey Fire and Rescue.

A 3% Card Service Fee will be applied if paying with a card. 

If you opt for self-installation, you can pick up the sign at the district office at 770 NE Midway Blvd, Oak Harbor, WA 98277
